Shipping warranty, returns - Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the order. Please get in touch with us if you wish to do so.
Selling the items in good condition is our policy, however, in case you find any defects in your purchased items or the wrong item was delivered to you, please contact us at shop@wildseaexpedition.com WITHIN 1 WEEK from the delivery date. We will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return the item in its unused & original condition. If the product you wish to return is out of stock, you can exchange for one that is the same or higher in value and the difference must be topped up.
There may be circumstances in which your purchased items get damaged during shipment and delivery. If there is a problem with the item, and only if we confirm that the failure is not the purchaser's fault, we will be open to negotiating the reimbursement. In case it occurred, please send us an e-mail at shop@wildseaexpedition.com WITH AT LEAST 5 PICTURES of the broken items. Pictures must clearly show the whole body of the item, and its broken part(s).
We only accept exchange requests if you receive the wrong order. Please contact us at shop@wildseaexpedition.com, within 3 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise and in its original and unused condition. Exchanges can be made only once with every transaction.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Our merchandise is carefully examined and made sure it is in good condition before being delivered to you.
Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange the item because of a defect in the purchased item, or of delivery of the wrong item. We will not accept any return requests or cancellation requests if the items do not have any problems or defects. Regardless of the statement above, we cannot accept any requests for order cancellation, return, or exchange of items in case of the following;
If the delivered item was already opened or used.
If it is 7 days after your order was delivered.
If a defect or damage was caused on your side after delivery.
If the item does not have the original package and cases.
If you customized the purchased item.
If the list of our items indicates that the item is unreturnable.
We will be responsible for the shipping fee for return and exchange if it is obvious that the item has a defect or if the wrong item was delivered to you. In case the item was in fine condition but you did not like it and would like to return it, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return shipment.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that were not what you ordered which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, WildSea Shop shall, at its option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify WildSea Shop of the problem in writing to us within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
Items are subject to availability. In this case, WildSea Shop regrets to inform you that we are not able to provide a date at which the items may be available.
Should the item be not in stock, your order may be delayed or canceled and you will be duly informed of this situation via email.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their purchased item(s). For shipment via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or EMS you can track orders at the courier tracking site with the given tracking number.
WildSea Shop will not be responsible for the loss of items during delivery. All items purchased from WildSea Shop are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Items will be shipped out once payment (PayPal paid, Wise paid, Credit Card debited, cheque cleared, interbank funds payment received) is received by WildSea Shop.
Shipments may be subjected to your local import charges and taxes, and any other restrictions are the responsibilities of the buyer. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from WildSea Shop.
We would love to send you a new item only if the delivered item is unused by the purchaser. If we do not have the new item in our storage and cannot send it to you, we will reimburse your payment. You will be responsible for the shipment fee that occurs when you ship the item back to us.
Initial shipping & handling fees will not be refunded but in the event of exchange, the delivery is free of charge.
